The main components:
  1. 500 grams of beef

The way to make delicious rawon:

First, boil the meat using boiling water that you have prepared until it cooked and tender. Lift, then drain. Aside the broth, then cut the meat with size 11/2 cm, set aside. Second, heat the cooking oil. Fry Ground spices, stirring until fragrant, then add the pieces of meat, mix it until all of the ingredients mixed well. Finally, pour the broth or soup and slices of tomato. Give enough salt, then stir it and continue to cook in medium heat about 30 minutes until the water in the pan leak. Put rice in pincuk, giving the rice and pour the Rawon. Give supplementary ingredients and it ready to be served.
