Gudheg Yogyakarta is a traditional food, originally from Yogyakarta, Central Java, one of the provinces in Indonesia. This traditional is the well known meal of jack fruit curry in a combination with some chicken and eggs. There are many food vendors that provide Gudheg that you can find. You can surely enjoy eating the unique taste of this traditional food. Gudheg is usually served with rice, coconut milk soup, chicken, tofu, eggs and krecek Sambal goreng which is the other standards food of Yogyakarta. Gudheg or jackfruit green soup is the food that the taste too sweet that made from young jackfruit and has been prepared with palm sugar and spice up the color changes to dark brown. It cannot be determined from cassava leaves that is boiled along with it and from red beans as an elective component. The preparation of work time to make Gudheg Yogyakarta is a half hour. A. The ingredients of Gudheg Yogyakarta:
